Mgr. Jakub Stránský
Attorney
Jakub Stránský focuses on public procurement law—particularly in the ICT, construction, and healthcare sectors. This specialization includes PPP projects, as well as representing bidders in tendering, administrative, and court proceedings. This is a very formal area of law, in which he believes there are many interesting issues to be found.
The experienced attorney admits he always learns something new with every case. The key, in his opinion, is the ability to put himself in the client's shoes, to determine, understand, and meet their expectations. The co-author of the Public Procurement Act brought his experience from the US and the international environment in general to our office. His drive to explore the world is everpresent in his spare time too as he is a passionate traveller.
He is fluent in Czech and English.
