JUDr. Iva Horáčková, LLM
Attorney
Iva specializes in IT law, contract law and corporate law. In addition to many years of experience in advocacy, she has also worked as a corporate lawyer. She completed an internship at a German law firm as well as the Public Defender of Rights.
She enjoys the diversity of her work and the interdisciplinary overlaps, which is something that correlates with her life experience. Iva studied European law at the Europa Institute in Germany and her master's thesis focused on the protection of integrity of the individual. She is also the co-author of the publication Franchising, published as a part of the Law in Practice series.
She is fluent in Czech, English, German and Italian.
