Concession procedures and PPP projects

Concessions are closely tied to public procurement. We provide legal analysis and advisory services for implementing PPP (Public-Private Partnership) projects based on long-term collaborations between the public and private sectors. Such projects may involve constructing a motorway, building a parking facility or care home, expanding a university campus, or undertaking various engineering projects. Our firm has longstanding experience representing both sides of these agreements—contracting authorities and contractors alike.

Subsidies from European and national funds

While we have experience supporting grant providers, our primary focus is on partial support and representation for grant recipients. We frequently handle cases involving subsidy reductions due to breaches of grant conditions or other, seemingly unrelated requirements. We represent subsidy recipients before grant authorities, tax administration bodies, and relevant administrative courts.

Our firm has a long-standing commitment to the public sector and regulatory matters, with public procurement being one of our six core specializations. Jakub Stránský, along with Petr Žídek and Ondřej Procházka, primarily handles public procurement in the IT, construction, and healthcare sectors.
